    I never said that the contract has been disclosed to the market. A) a hoa is not a contract anyway. It is an agreement that could end up being a binding contract if all conditions are fulfilled.

    You are obviously a shareholder of Mlx and not Nst?

    Best advice I can give is try not to stew over it too much because there is nothing you can do about it.

    The hoa needs tam's approval for Mlx to get it anyway. Do you really think they will approve this now?? No way!

    Tam has already publicly stated that they will be voting for Nst.
