    I see plenty of folks here arguing about the legality or otherwise of NST's purchase offer.

    However, unless I've missed it, I don't see anyone suggesting that in view of MLX's prior involvement NST would have had expert legal advice about whether to proceed with their purchase offer and its legal validity.
