As I said, it will be interesting. The actions to be taken by the MLX Board will be instructive about their ability as well. No doubt the TAM Board are in front of the gun, but MLX needs to be careful with their legal advice in this case as there is a thin line between having legal grounds and being vexatious if "acceptance" can not be proven to start with.
