champ, I took your claim that someone posted the heads of agreement and that's what you are relying on in your comments. I therefore believed your comments based upon your review. Heres my review of your last two posts based upon facts and evidence which the HOA will be reviewed upon;

No it is you that hasn't read the HOA properly.

Someone else has posted the agreement so I suggest that you read it very carefully.

There will be no court case. As in the agreement it states that it is conditional upon shareholders approving it and also only in the case that there is not a superior offer made!!!

Well guess what? NST made the superior offer and they will obviously win unless a superior offer is made above their offer.

Really someone posted the agreement. I would like too see that. Looked at all the postings and there is no sign and no postings have been moderated. Why on earth would you say that champ. People are being reasonable here and discussing, not taking the authoritive view.

The agreement had been reached but with conditions within. It is all there for you to read.

Well keep shaking your head Mr champ, if MLX contest, it would be somewhat an embarrassment if TAM BOD say well we didn't actually want to have a JV, we were duped.

Oh my emotional stuff Mr Champ, say anything to suit your argument and prepared to leave yourself open. Where is this post that has the heads of agreement you refer to back your argument. Thanks, id just like to read it just like you have presumably, if indeed this post wuth the agreement exists. Can I ask are you on TAM or NST board, for one I hope not but I would hate these guys to behave the same when questioned.
