Gents, no one knows what will happen, there is an agreement signed subject like all to SH's agreement. Agreements are formed to protect each party when agreement reached, not to get gazumped usually. If I were a shareholder of TAM of course I would vote against the MLX deal, but you guys know the agreement isn't between sh;s and MLX, its with TAM for which the board represented the directors. Now lets see what TAM said to the market, MLX and its SH when a deal was conceived.

The Board of Tanami Gold NL wishes to advise that, after carefully considering various options, it has entered into a binding Joint Venture Heads of Agreement with Metals X Limited regarding Tanami’s Central Tanami Project ("CTP") in the Northern Territory.

Now an unsolicited better deal has come in, and you reckon there was no intent? Give me strength! MLX will have some rights under the agreement whatever that is. Now this is TAM's chairmans words not anyone else. Unsolicited or otherwise, there is an obligation to proceed after careful consideration at the time of agreement and in writing too! Allied should be kicking TAMS boards a, but by the way they are nit a party to agreement they are a sh. Perhaos they'll kick their a with a law suit. Who knows???But really TAM can only do what they can at the time.
