All speculation from all of us. MLX have been involved in many deals recently and are sharp. More so than TAM I would think.
I own both MLX and NST so don't care which get the assets.
TAM on the other hand may have got themselves into a legal jam depending on the wording of the agreement with MLX and that is where the comepnsatory risk lies IMO if you're an investor.
