Well, I've read through this whole thread, and I can only say I agree with nogojo - hic! Not sure why so much speculation when no-one on here knows the full terms of the MLX HoA, but IMHO it comes down to how much time and $$s MLX would want to spend pursuing legal action - bearing in mind that NST probably have some get out clauses in their HoA, and if they use them there's not much value left to pay any judgement against TAM.
Now, back to the red
