That's ok, hes entitled to his opinion, although I am very surprised that a barrister would give any view on an announcement. Most of them practice law, anyway the ones I know do. At the very best, some may give you some thoughts but in many would reserve any opinion until they had seen the HOA. Again, I am not saying MLX will get up or whether they have a case, however if there is anyone in the legal fraternity here, perhaps they may like to add whether they will give advice on announcements and stand by it.
