Hi Spec101, hope you are well mate.

My thoughts are this:

1. Currently without litigation, TAM could be trading near 7c-8c. So it is discounted, because of the above mentioned.
2. I agree with you on the risk and am willing to play for the following reasons:

* MLX poor management decisions in the past leads me to believe they will be thrown out of court.
* TAM management holding steadfast and even Mr G McMahon buying a token 50k worth of shares
* NST has paid and moved along with the project, production is in sight.
* TAM will HAVE to pay IF they are found at fault, BUT TAM has 15m CASH/Shares at BANK to cover costs OR they will have to make settlement if at fault (then we are at a disastrous point)

3. I am betting on a TAM victory and a MAJOR re rating.

I understand waiting is the better option and a much safer one too. So i respect that, but i am going for the KILL. It's lose 100% or make 1000% IMO.
