As a geoscientist who knows this basin rather well I thought I already passed on some facts to open your eyes.
The last PV well was dry. Assigning more than 10% which is just what you would assign to an exploration well is not smart especially as PV field is near end of its life and last well drilled was dry.
As for Ooraminna, 2 wells were already drilled and both small flows. Last well tried to intersect some fractures but failed. They do not know if this next well (horizontal) will intersect any fractures until drilled. Even if they find fractures will they flow? Any assignent of POS over a regular exploration well of 10% is just fooling yourself.
