You will have to do better than this Laddie. This site is quite comfortable with a range of opinions from sleek winners and hurt losers. However, I must contest opinion masquerading as fact.
How may you know the mind of the Judge, particularly as the matter is yet to be heard?
You may be correct on the cost of drilling, but assigning probabilities to different holes is a nonsense unless backed by fact. Cite us a source. And a 10% probability of PV succeeding plus a 10% probability of O succeeding does not equal a 10% overall probability of commercial success.
Understand, my critique is not personal or because your opinions differ from mine - a market is made of many voices. You make very bold and forthright predictions. Show us your workings.
