I read this part somewhere else, and decided that it was a good thing to post it here and share with the followers.

It appears that the final determination and/or the final decision from the ACCC will be made in February current whereby we are in February 2018 already...Are we not.??

An indicative timetable is set out below for your information.

04 October 2017 Lodgement of application and supporting submission.
11 October 2017 Public consultation process begins.
23 October 2017 Closing date for submissions on interim authorisation.
6 November 2017 Closing date for submissions on substantive authorisation.
November 2017 ACCC decision regarding interim authorisation.
November 2017 Applicant responds to issues raised in the public consultation process.
December 2017 Draft determination.
December 2017 /January 2018 Public consultation on draft determination including any conference if called.

February 2018 Final determination."
