The actual JV T&C's wont be materially different to what the binding Term Sheet already states.
For the avoidance of doubt, the undertaking by Simulus is to free carry CTM until finance/decision to mine. Dates are already ticking as of yesterday. So expect this to move quickly.
The lawyer just need to put it into Brazil legal speak and all will be schweet.
But I do concede that Simulus can exit at anytime (sorry xtvu).
