    Do you really think the term sheet summary was the term sheet? Half a page of info for a multi million dollar deal?? The announcement, when read properly, in an announcement indicating the parties are committed to hashing out a binding, formal agreement ONCE the term sheet has been agreed on by both parties. Currently, no term sheet exists - except in draft form. Otherwise it would be released to market.
