Also, nothing has been formalised yet - I believe they will be, but the team sheet is only a draft at this stage:

"With the execution of the binding Term Sheet, the parties will work to complete a formal earn‐in Joint VentureAgreement as soon as possible based on the key commercial points agreed in the Term Sheet"

and

"The parties have agreed a high‐level work plan for each stage which will be finalised as part of the formaldocumentation process"

Thus, no binding agreement as yet. The parties can still depart legally without hassle. Again, I think everything will go smoothly and they'll hash something out along the lines of the previous announcement, but any doubt is still doubt.
