Hopefully the timing lines up with the DS IO JV income stream, and this is a free hit (other than finances already expended) all the way through production.
The holder who had Itap before selling to us has a few other tenements in PRIME country he wasn't previously interested in selling. Hopefully he sees what we did with this - his earnings, and is more eager to offload one of those others so we can kick another goal....
Seems like mgmt like November-December-January to wrangle deals.
