In line with the strategic nature of the relationship between Centaurus and Simulus, the parties have agreed that,
should Centaurus or Simulus be presented with a new project in Brazil within a 75km radius of Itapitanga or a
nickel laterite project in any other location in Brazil, each party will give the other the first right to jointly review
and participate in the Project.
