Its a fair deal i think. definitely not going to make the company (and does not help with current cash position) but takes off the financial burden of the continued drilling (and all the paperwork) that needs to be done on Itty to get to JORC and then to the mine.
I guess the board is happy that they have enough cash to progress Salobo and Pebas which i guess is right with the other cash they have got and the oppies coming up.
