Champion advice Bushie! Just did my Tax return and talked to the 28 year old Accountant - she purchased a house 2 years ago in Darwin for $1.1 million and now same houses sell for $800k, a loss of 27% TD. Understandably she is really pi$%ed - she was stating that this is the worst she & her family have seen and businesses are going out of business at an astonishing rate. I said to her that Darwin will boom again - give it 3 to 5 years and all the mining in the NT is going to go gangbusters. It is just CYCLES/BOOMS & BUSTS. The same with CTM - when this baby goes we will wonder why we ever doubted and as sure as the Sun will rise tomorrow, the 10 to 20 CTM bags are a coming!
