As stated previously, ordered my White Conditioning Mask from myevolis.com.au pretty much as soon as I received the email notification of its release of the 11 July. Based on the email address header, looks like they use a NP Fulfilment [npfulfilment.com] for order fulfilment and dispatch.

I received confirmation of its dispatch on the 17th July - 6 days later.

One of NP's guarantees is that they ship orders 'within 24 hours or it's free'

This clearly did not happen and hopefully this is a one-0ff.
