Hi Pharma, I think the market is just being weighed down at the moment by sellers that maybe looking for cash to take up the SPP. If they can sell for 1.5% - 3% above the SPP offer, this will provide the cash for the new shares, and maybe make a quid.
After close on Thursday, we may well see some of the lower sell orders disappear as they miss the deadline.
Friday could well see the SP back in the 40's.
