If you wish to protest either the tacky voting exclusion POWER the Board has given itself (GM notice page 5) (whether or not targeted at DB /LMIG ) and/or the directors largesse share placement to themselves for the number of shares each they decided with crumbs blatantly and disrespectfully thrown to us, vote AGAINST Resolutions 2A, 2B & 2C (page 3).
