@Ozjin ..I think it refers to the fact either WH Soul Pattinson or / and Clime Asset management have run the ruler over the cap raising and may have invested accordingly. Without visibility of the Share Registry post Tranche 1 and what has been tentatively raised in T2 everything is speculation.

I can only assume that Hawkeye has viewed this information from the registry. I believe he has done this in the past and will have better insight than I do.
