Anyone want to have a crack at why this might be an issue?

Cellmid has determined that it is unlawful or impractical for the SPP to be offered to a shareholder whose address on the register of members is a country outside of Australia or New Zealand.

What about Dennis Eck? Pretty sure he is an American resident. What if you have an Australian bank account? Can't see why they should reject you if you are a shareholder with an Australian bank account regardless of what address you have on the register..
