Getting harder for any change now,.... truth is , nobody knows how much power and control is held right now.
The AGM will be very interesting, but i can already see the writing on the wall!
I'm not waiting another 7 or 8 years to find out.
Huge R+D grants, no company tax to pay,.... this will all change when Advangen becomes profitable. So lets make moves now to prepare for the split and sale so we can then benefit from Lyramid and Kinera.....

Pretty obvious really,.... take the huge sale profit and sit back again with gov funding and tax benefits whilst the unsuspecting SH funds the rest.
