The directors are taking control at a discount.
It's self serving.
IF you want control which is what happens when large amounts of shares are issued at capital raising then the price should be at premium. Similar to the effect of buying large amounts ON MARKET... can cause the price to rise. Yes this also dilutes the value of current shareholders with \little to show BUT for more money spent of mega marketing foreys by the smarts at the company. ala Edeleston and aslo the 2015 matrketing campaign...no c hampaigne
