The real downside with all of this is almost 50% of existing shares are printed at .38 cents. There will soon be a mammoth sized wall now blocking the sp growth at/around that level for an eternity.
Is this the plan to continue to cap the sp low for the management takeover Hawke keeps rambling on about?
