Have you considered that the three Shareholders you list may have been eager Sophisticated Investors that participated in the 10m Blue Ocean brokered CR and the SHs own CR as well.
Seems to me they are just avoiding dilution as much as possible rather than any accumulation for other purposes if their percentages are less than before.
