    Have a look at BWX and how that turned out for the CEO...clue:..not well!!

    Then check the Chart and corresponding SP history and you may see what could go wrong for CDY. The chosen path is best for management & shareholders.

    My bet is we will see a Co split or Advandgen sell off in 5yrs or so.
