Perhaps could have used the word "Continuing" in front of it but nevertheless it conveys to me the idea that
there are currently another 23 retail stores from the current crop of three Premium Retail Businesses with 17 stores /online between them at the moment, are about to join in the next few months.
It is to do with the ongoing and expanding development rather than indicating " we haven't started yet"
As these additional stores start selling Evolis there should be a smoothing out. As an example Neiman Marcus may order once every two months and Bloomingdales may order once in two months but start on a different month thus avoiding supply issues.
