re: Ann: Cellestis Limited Announces Improved... Timee, if you have an insight into what has happened to cause the backflip by CSAG please give us a hint. As a long-term holder in this company I am completely dumbfounded. Why a token 7% increase in the offer has resulted in total capitulation by some of the major holders is beyond me. No reasonable explanation has been offered. Vic did some nice analytical work and proposed a true value around $10 a share. A bit over-optimistic in my opinion, but to cave in and accept $3.80 is astonishing. Some, on another share discussion scene, have speculated about a legal threat to CSAG. Is this a real possibility and if so why?
