You could do your own reality check. Then you will have conviction.
Go to ILU mineral sands briefing paper July 2010 and AR 2012
use the upper range valuation for area "C"
Make allowances for mining since 2012
Compare the Resources and Reserves tonnages ILU and ARD
Allow 3 t magnetite to make 1 t 67% Fe2O3
Discount by 50 % to make NPV
Then divide by number of IRD shares.
When you have done that tell me your answer !
