I notice in Xstrata accounts that Mangoola Mine has been given the funding allocation by Xstrata Board and the Construction go-ahead...worth $400m in turnover to DOW or thereabouts...still can see the $10 by xmas unless a wheel falls off (no puns included Mr Rail Division)
