Just ceased to be a substantial holder doesn't mean they have finished there stock yet.... they may still have 4.99% left. which if they want to sell it... may be 30 to 50 million more to be sold. Lucky they sold 350 million offmarket at 0.008 cents. which means they would happily sell anything above 0.008 cents on market.
