I am new here as a holder,Who said it will delist ?
A lot of questions that i cant answer but IMO.
you/we shareholders will get what the share is worth at the time it gets de-listed regardless of NTA, be it more or less.
If some deal is being hatched to delist then majority holders will decide over a whisky or two on the price.
If the offer is a low ball then it might invite another suitor which could lead to an 'auction' scenario. Well a boringly slow one.
Someone bought the shares.Maybe one person maybe more so we may not get a sub notice.
It may not rise to fair value because no-one trusts the market when/if games are afoot.
As for Ubique who knows if they lost or won.
You would have to go back through anns to see how much was paid/bought/lent..
