I'm with you on this one, I'm not buying in the SPP either. If the SP had got close to 9 cents then I would have participated but like you said it may go back down to the 7 cent mark unless Mark has had some success on his overseas trip then it might take off over 10 cents. If only that crystal ball I bought at the swap meet worked.
