@Gilant -- So, we know that: WHSP/BKW and Deakin, did not participate and where diluted accordingly. But, given no other notices where submitted in the given time frame (+2days after 13th March 2019). Then we can summarize that there would be a minimum of:
689,028,317 divide 5% = 34,451,415 to be a substantial holder.
They may have dished out:
125,000,000 divide 4 = 31,250,000 (to 4 holders making the total).
We don't know and won't know for sure, until they publish it in the annual report. Unless they release the info in the interim.


I can definitely tell you all I won't be participating in this SPP. I think it is crap. We should have been offered a lower price than the placement. I was buying at below this SPP not even a week before they announced it!! lol
I will try my extra doe $$ somewhere else but at the same time I am happy with what I got to this point. If it is successful then I won't be taken like a lot of the earlier holders, I'm very confident QHL will have success, but given we are on the same terms with the SPP as the new placement holders, then why would I give just as much as them? Wait to see if it slides more like it did today, then pick some more up on-market.
