I reckon it's complete rubbish that asx didnt allow Co to release it so this blame on Asx is deflecting
ASX has rules and regulations that explorers must follow
it's not wild wild west
fact is its not in profit at cobalt price
so I'm guessing first delay it wasn't even in profit to mine (cobalt price was...at first delay?) imo
