PG Between the lines from what you are sayIng, and from what ive heard on my end, it sounds like a real bucket shop operation down under with a massive potential Cobalt resource attached.
I agree in what you say about the global Cobalt penny share collapse and that is hardly surprising with such a dramatic fall in the underlying, BUT one has to remember the smart operators would be taking advantage of this and there lies the opportunity in this instance.
What is disturbing from an outsider is that it all sounds like a cover up scheme blaming the Cobalt price.
My line of business has nothing to do with commodities, but my business is based in Zug where most of the trading houses are located and a number of colleagues are in that sector, yet when I've inquired in the past 6 months not one has heard of this deposit let alone CLA.
That was always a concern to me and I've raised the topic several times with my Zurich contact without getting positive response, apart from we are relying on Mr Raskin to do that.
Sadly that won't happen anymore!

If you really control 200 million shares from your coconut Island, surely you should have some big hitters behind you, who can get all this sorted out, and you taking a more pro active role lIke becoming a dIrector whIlst waItIng for the Cobalt prIce to recover, and the corporate vultures to be cIrclIng around. That's no loose change at lets say 12 cents average for 200 mIll shares.
At some stage I mIght be wIllIng to assIst from my end.
Some Independant research would also be comfortIng.
