PVW is not the owner of Gecko, but a senior employee. The share sales belong to Gecko, his employer and a different person ultimately. Gecko remain a large Top20 holder, just not above 5% to classified substantial. We now do not get to see when/if they reduce more other than via top20 releases.
PVW is now the last remaining executive director of CLA, and his role is Project Director. BB is a non-exec director and consults to the company for Mar/Apr/May, then ad hoc thereafter.
Kreno, BB will be earning far less as a non-exec director than he was as MD.
