Actually, it can't have changed to another Adam Smith fund because this would not change the owner. Owner would still be under Adam Smith.

So goes back to my original query, why is the form not filled out correctly? They should put down the consideration given if there is a change in ownership. Even it was lent out to short, it would need to be documented.

I will call company on Monday. If not happy, report to ASX.
