The other thing is ISD has decent net receivables of circa 8 - 9 million. As long as this is collectible and they focus on debt collection this will assist further in reducing debt. They have have in excess of 2 million of tax receivables so short term liquidity shouldn't be an issue.
I was critical on their cashflow and balance sheet before but actually it not that bad when you analyze where the cashflow has actually gone.
The major danger is the whether they can stem the revenue and ebitda decline. Just maintaining this will see they in a couple of years time in a decent position.
