Reminded me of the @rogerdat comment about smallish free-float, it's guys like this (Nero) and others who would make any lowball T/O very hard, if a tilt is made. To get to a 90% compulsory they would need very deep pockets.
Whatever, this will be an interesting gold ride for holders,
