Although the Junta will have guaranteed number of seats in any future elected government, there may be upside on KCN Board's ability to negotiate and reach an acceptable agreement prior to TAFTA.  There is no BIT or FTA legal precedent that has not seen the cessation of operations as a trigger compo.  Wonder if our recent buyer of RCF holdings is aware of this fact?

Any type of deal on NE will put  us in good stead to pursue Zurich in June over the PRI contract.  Again a negotiate deal more likely here IMO once we're on more solid ground with our finances.  Not that I'm accusing Zurich of being unethical of course as I will leave that to the broader industry to decide.
