Naah, the new holder / buyer only holds 25mil (less than 1%) so they are not considered a substantial holder. ASX listing rules around continuous disclosure only apply to substantial holders.
Assuming BPG stay in suspension (or the buyer doesn't sell if we do open), BPG pay their listing fees and issue an Annual Report, we'll see them in the top 20 for 2019!
