We never know how these types of moves are meant to work however looking at the last three trades the following occurred.
1. disposal 427,678 @ 56.21cps
2. buy 95052 @ 62.68cps
3. buy 58228 @ 62.68cps
Trade 1 took them just under the 5% threshold
Trade 2 and 3 took them barely under the threshold
Difficult to understand the moves however sure to be part of their plan (unless they unable to calculate what required to meet the 5%).
