Mate, i did it twice. i often speak to CEO's or MD in companies i invest in.

i like to invest in small-cap Comp. that management has a large skin in the game . just like ZEN.

This was one of few that showed a break down in internal communications, it was also not long after GG the other founder has resigned, and maybe they were busy with more important things and forgot to come back.
Anyway, that put a halt to my investment short of 200 k shares.
