Thankfully, i had nothing in CMY, and by the sound of it, i'm glad i didn't... i do agree with you though.. paying for the services of a useless company, surely rates as a bigger waste than the useless company frittering money away... i'll ponder upon this conundrum for minutes...
Spot on about govts too... 4 times the "budgeted price" is about right on budget.
