Ok what is going on here ?
When ASAM last reported on 1/3/17 (dated 2/3/17) they said they owned 6,435,343 shares. Then today they say they last reported 1/3/18 (not on ASX) and sometime between 1/3/17 and 4/5/18 they sold 6,141,719 shares and bought 5,359,378 (bought 2/5/18 by look at trades) and still have a holding of 5,653,002.
The numbers work but the dates certainly don't. The sale of 6m plus could have been anytime but given it was at an average of 7.26c per share it was only from 24/4/18 onwards. And no trades that big are showing, except the 5.3m trade where they bought (same broker bought and sold).
So was ASAM also the seller ? If so, this simply tells us that they reduced their holding on 2/5/18 to 4/5/18 from 6,435,343 to 5,653,002.
Wonder if they have more to sell or just wanted to go below 5% disclosure ?
