Yeah. Interesting to know in the case where the legal firm does lengthy (and therefore expensive) prep work and subsequently gets knocked back in favor of a competing class action from a different firm - who would foot the bill for the wasted time?
I'd think it would be the litigation funder but perhaps this is contingent on the wording of the contract between the funder and lawyers?
